Safety on the job, in the field and in the office is important to creating a positive work culture. The Packers Plus Work Safe program helps us focus on safety every day. It starts with the President and his objective to have a member of senior management tour every location once a year to connect with every employee and provide a presentation on safety. In addition to having a focus on safety at every level of the organization, we also have a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environment Program that is outlined in detail and communicated to all employees. We reinforce this safety message with an article in every issue of our internal monthly ezine and through on-going training and education.

In addition to creating a culture of safety, Packers Plus ensures that the company's safety policies and procedures comply with all federal, provincial, and local regulations. In countries where Packers Plus operates, we not only ensure that we meet regulatory directives but that our safety standards improve and enhance employee safety.
